All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International Shipping  
We currently offer shipping to select international and foreign countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time  
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or international shipping delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes  
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by Anointed Flame Candles.

Shipping Delays  
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Anointed Flame Candles is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, international carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances once the package has left our facility.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Anointed Flame Candles is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages  
If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
